The services you will be selling to small-business owners are mandated to meet their legal tax filing requirements. Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with clients, thoroughly assess their business needs, and recommend the most suitable products to achieve their goals.
• Educate business owners using our proven sales script, offering valuable insights that align with their objectives.
• Commit to delivering outstanding customer service and follow-up, ensuring our clients receive the support they need.
• Effectively handle objections and utilize persuasive rebuttals to address client concerns, ensuring a positive outcome and advancing the sales process.
• Efficiently navigate CRM systems to provide seamless and effective consultations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required)
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Motivated and Goal-Oriented – driven to succeed and achieve targets
• Willingness to learn and grow – open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Team player with a positive attitude – enjoys working in a supportive team environment
• Ability to work independently and stay organized – manages time and tasks effectively
• Comfortable with basic technology – ability to learn new tools and systems (CRM experience is a plus but not required)
• Reliable and dependable – punctual, consistent, and committed to role
• Customer-focused mindset – genuinely interested in helping prospects find the right solutions.

• Compensation – Industry Leading Compensation with Uncapped Commission ($60,000 - $200,000)
• Package including an hourly wage plus bonus during the initial training period.
