QUALIFICATIONS

*Preferred if residence is in Indiana

• 2+ years experience in fast-paced tele-sales required

• Proven ability to be productive from home

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

• Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

• One call close experience strongly preferred

• Must reside within one of the following US states: AL, AK, FL, GA, IN, IA, MN, MO, NC, PA, TN, TX, UT

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

We do require our remote employees to provide their own tech and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.
