Corporate Trainer

1800Accountant is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and hands-on Sales Trainer to facilitate new hire and ongoing training initiatives focused on overall employee development.

The Sales Trainer is responsible for training and development of Sales and Support Teams, ensuring they have the skillset and tools necessary for success. This member of our training/development team will work collaboratively within the team to execute a variety of responsibilities which include the delivery of New Hire Training on core curriculum, one/one coaching and routine ongoing learning activities.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Enablement Manager, the Sales Trainer plays a critical role in helping our sales team reach their full potential by creating, maintaining, and delivering robust training experiences that equip sales representatives with skills and knowledge that lead to personal and organizational achievement of financial, productivity and service goals and standards.

In Office- Tampa/ Largo office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training through a variety of delivery methods including, Classroom and Virtual Instruction, One on One Coaching and Group Training

  • Train, motivate and develop Sales Team on B2B sales techniques by providing engaging and relative training experiences, identifying needs and assessing execution of sales methodology

  • Facilitate New Hire Training to build confidence and competence for new hires

  • Mentor, shadow and provide guidance to Sales Reps and sales leadership regarding performance improvement and development

  • Perform Call Monitoring, in partnership with other departments, to provide feedback to Sales Reps, assess organizational learning gaps and share insight on trends and performance

  • Incorporate top performer best practices and industry standards into training materials and programs

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on systems and products/services

  • Assist in developing curriculum and related resources (training manuals, visual aids, tutorials, presentations, online courses) and evaluate effectiveness through course evaluations, learner feedback and performance

  • Performs administrative duties associated with training function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 2-5 Years of Inside B2B Sales Experience highly desired

  • At least 2 years of Sales Enablement or Learning and Development experience

  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design live, virtual and on-demand learning content and evaluate the success of a learning experience

  • Experience with sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices such as customer journey, curriculum creation, competency-based program design, program evaluation, course authoring tools and learning management systems

  • Proficiency in various applications including Salesforce, GMail, GoogleDocs, Microsoft Suite, Articulate

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with appropriate follow through and urgency

  • Energetic, passionate, dynamic, patient and nurturing personality

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-growth, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high performing, team-oriented environment
