This position will start remotely for training and then transition into our brand new office space in Scottsdale!

Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers via phone
Learn how to uncover customer needs and communicate the value of our products/services
Set qualified appointments and support the sales pipeline
Work closely with experienced sales mentors and leaders
Hit individual and team performance goals while having fun along the way
Additional position details:
Work Location: In Office: Scottsdale, AZ
Standard Operating Hours: 9:00-5:30pm, during busiest season (Sept-April), 1 Saturday every 6-8 weeks (9am-3pm)

Compensation: Start with an hourly wage of $20/hour plus uncapped commission during training, then transition to an hourly draw with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn up to 25% of your sales—potential earnings between $60,000 and $200,000. We also offer additional bonuses and competitions!!
Benefits:
Eligibility: Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.

401K: Available after 6 months of employment with a company match and vesting schedule.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Varies for Non-Managers and Managers, along with paid sick time, bereavement leave, and paid company holidays.
