Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Seasonal Recruiter, with a strong sense of initiative, to join our team. In this role, you will support our high-volume hiring needs during the tax season by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles, including Tax Preparers, Tax Reviewers and other roles as needed. This is a seasonal, remote position that requires strong recruitment experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates.

  • Source and attract top talent for Tax Preparers, Tax Reviewers and other roles as needed through various channels such as job boards, referrals, and networking.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of applicants to meet seasonal demand.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the company and the specific role.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing a seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, team dynamics, and position requirements to effectively match candidates to the right roles.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure clear communication and efficient decision-making.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to improve recruitment strategies and attract the best talent.

  • Participate in onboarding activities and provide support to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to help evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or seasonal hiring environments.

  • Strong experience recruiting for roles in accounting, tax preparation, or finance, preferred

  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting in the US market, with a strong network and understanding of local hiring practices.

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for junior and senior-level roles, including tax preparers and administrative staff preferred

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling sensitive candidate and company information.

Compensation:

  • $35-40 per hour
