Role Overview: As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in our growth by reaching out to small business owners and helping them understand how our tailored accounting services can meet their unique needs. This is a heavy outbound dialing role where you will use a proven script and engage potential clients in meaningful conversations, identifying the best solutions for their business challenges. It’s a grind, but with a strong work ethic and determination, the income potential is high!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct heavy outbound calls to small business owners using a provided script.
• Effectively communicate the value of our accounting services and how they can solve specific business needs.
• Identify the right service package for each business owner, tailoring solutions to fit their unique situation.
• Build rapport and trust with potential clients through consultative selling and active listening.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Accurately manage leads and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of success in a remote inside sales role, with a strong preference for experience selling professional services.
• Self-Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Resilient and Tenacious: Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on goals; thrives on competition and consistently pushes for results.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills over the phone; confident in engaging potential clients.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, dialing platforms, and other sales tools.
• Home Office Setup: Must have a quiet, professional home office environment and reliable internet connection.
• Computer Requirements:
• CPU = Quad-Core
• RAM = Minimum 8 GB (16GB RAM preferred)
• Internet Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps Download Minimum 5 Mbps Upload
• Operating System: Windows or Mac (No Linux)
• Location: Must reside within one of the following US states: AL, GA, IN, IA, MN, MO, NC, PA, TN, TX, UT
